Build the inventory before the bundle
The proposed process would start with a source inventory identifying the required documents, versions and any missing items. An agreed order would guide assembly. The preparer would retain a link between each included item and its source, so a replacement document could be checked before it altered the assembled set.
Read it as the recipient would
A second reviewer would open the completed bundle and check the index, bookmarks, page references and legibility. Late additions would trigger another navigation check rather than being slipped into the finished file. The tools shown are possible components of this design. Actual storage access and the transfer into the bundle would need to be tested.
The practical lesson
The bundle is ready when another person can find and follow its contents, not merely when the files have been assembled.
