Capture only what the practice permits
The design would begin with the practice's approved approach to recording, notices and information handling. Where a recording or transcript was permitted, a draft note could identify the discussion, decisions and proposed follow-up. The source would remain distinguishable from the generated summary, so uncertain wording could be checked before it became a file note.
Check the meaning and the matter
A responsible staff member would review the draft, correct any attribution errors and confirm the matter before filing it. Follow-up tasks would be created from approved decisions rather than every suggestion in the transcript. The connection between calling, note preparation and matter storage would need its own access and workflow tests.
