The full onboarding and AI workflow stayed off and untested. Review briefs were prepared examples, not outputs generated from a submitted enquiry.

The demonstration brought together a guided website, a structured intake and a scoped AI guide. It made the proposed front-end experience available to inspect in the native platform.
Staff-side forms and prepared review records showed the intended next stage. They illustrated how information could be organised for a human reviewer.

The full onboarding and AI workflow was not activated or tested end to end. The prepared review brief therefore remains an example of the intended output, not a claim that the system completed the review automatically.
The practical lesson
Prove the enquiry-to-review handover end to end before turning on automation. A prepared example helps explain the design, but does not prove the process ran.
